Are You With the Best Direct Sales Company to Work For?

Are You With the Best Direct Sales Company to Work For?

There are a few things to consider when milling over the decision of joining an organization. I've listed below a few factors to keep in mind while making your decision.

o Product/Opportunity: This is something I talk about quite a bit. Have you ever tried to do something you're just not that in to?

How did that turn out? Chances are, not very good.

On the other hand, if this you can get behind the company and you're are thrilled with the Value of the Product line, you'll do VERY WELL! Rule #1, you have go to Believe.

o Compensation: Let's be honest, we are all in business to make money. There are so many different structures and comp plans that sometimes I get confused.

I personally like to make BIG COMMISSIONS! You know, be able to make k-k per deal. And, of course a healthy Residual Income is always nice. I prefer Top Tier Direct Sales. Normally Top Tier companies allow for big up front Commissions.

o ManageMent: Who's at the head of this beast? Is there a track record of success with the manageMent team involved? What are the intentions of the future success of this company?

At the end of the day a business (including your own) is only as good as the person behind the wheel. This may be the most important factor of choosing the Best Direct Sales Company to Work for you.

o Training: We are all overwhelmed by the amount of conference calls and webinars available to us.

You want to make sure you are getting GOOD information and training that you can immediately begin to impleMent and see results. Nothing is more frustrating than spending an hour getting excited about something only to be left with more questions.

Make sure your Direct Sales Company has an interest in training you to be successful in the INDUSTRY not just that particular Product/Opportunity.

o Mission StateMents: This is something we've all heard hundreds of times. However, underneath all of the hype of getting you to Believe in the companies values lies the overall direction of the company.

If the leader of your company continues to promote the same ideology of the basic principles of the company you are probably with a proven winner. On the other hand, if the leader's direction changes with the wind I suggest jumping ship before it gets lost at sea.

I hope there has been some insight gained when trying to determine whether or not you're with The Best Direct Sales Company to Work for.

The 411 on Passive Income Opportunities

I'm not talking about taking a week's paid vacation either. I'm talking about being able to do this whenever you want and yes, your income still keeps coming in. This is what we all want right?

Do you have access to a passive income opportunity?

It used to be that in order to have passive income you had to own a business, real estate or some sort of fund that paid you on a regular basis. Think about Donald Trump. He has a TON of passive income. Every single month people have to pay their rent for being in his properties. Or, think of the person who owns your local McDonalds. This person too has passive income coming in every month. Every time you go buy a Big Mac you have just lined their pockets.

Now, the draw backs of the previous two examples are the amount of Capital required to get started with either of these opportunities. Even inexpensive real estate 'aint cheap. And a McDonalds...be prepared to throw down close to Million!!

Yup, it's Gonna Cost You Million..

to own the McDonalds. Did that just take you out of the running for a passive Income Opportunity? NO WAY!! It's easier now than ever for you to get involved with an opportunity that will produce MASSIVE amounts of passive income for you.

In fact, some of the MOST PROFITABLE passive income opportunities will cost you no more than k and as cheap as k. Can you believe that? An chance for you to Plug in to a Passive income opportunity that will pay you whether you go to work or not for less than 5% of the McDonalds.

That's what I'm talking about! Get involved, get set up, do the work once and get paid for LIFE! Some of the most successful people out there, and I'm talking top 1% of the tax bracket, are utilizing a passive income opportunity just like this. You know what the most exciting part of this is....

This Same Opportunity is Available to YOU!

Today is the day you stop "thinking about it" and start acting on it. If you are not living the Life you want and making the amount of money you want, you deserve to be introduced to how great life and business can be. Life doesn't have to be a grind and business doesn't have to run your life.

There is a better way. All you have to do is decide! I know you will, and I can't wait to see you blossom!

Does the Sony PRS600 Touch Edition eReader Have What it Takes to Challenge the Kindle 2?

Does the Sony PRS600 Touch Edition eReader Have What it Takes to Challenge the Kindle 2?

Sony's new Touch Edition eReader is arguably the biggest current challenger to Amazon's Kindle 2. The following is based on my impressions after using the Sony PRS600 eReader for a few weeks. I also have a few opinions on how it compares to the Kindle 2.

Does the Sony PRS600 Touch Edition eReader Have What it Takes to Challenge the Kindle 2?

Does the Sony PRS600 Touch Edition eReader Have What it Takes to Challenge the Kindle 2?

Does the Sony PRS600 Touch Edition eReader Have What it Takes to Challenge the Kindle 2?

Does the Sony PRS600 Touch Edition eReader Have What it Takes to Challenge the Kindle 2?

Does the Sony PRS600 Touch Edition eReader Have What it Takes to Challenge the Kindle 2?

First of all, let's list a few of the specs of Sony's new touch screen eReader:

6" touch screen; 600 x 800 pixels; 8 gray scales Freehand note taking and annotating, highlighting; use included stylus or virtual keyboard 512 MB memory onboard will hold up to 350 ebooks Accepts Memory Stick Pro Duo or SD card Single font adjustable to five sizes Battery lasts for up to two weeks or 7,500 page turns Built-in dictionary Available in silver, black or red Formats supported: PDF, Adobe Digital Editions, epub, mp3, Microsoft Word files, BBeBThe PRS 600 comes with a neoprene carry bag. You would probably want to get a good cover though, as the included carrying bag does not provide much protection. You also get a USB cable to connect to your Computer and a quick start guide. If you want an AC adaptor you will need to purchase that separately. You can probably do without though as eInk based eReaders like this one have very good battery life. A full charge does take about four hours, during which time the eReader must be connected to your powered on Computer's USB port.

Sony also announced a few new features to go with their new eReaders. For one thing, Sony eBook Store software is now Mac compatible. In addition Sony eBook readers will be supporting Adobe Digital Editions, which means you can purchase ebooks from sources other than the Sony eBook Store. Ebooks in the Sony eBook Store will also be offered in Adobe Digital Editions so that owners of other eBook readers can purchase ebooks from Sony if they are also compatible with ADE. Finally, you will be able to borrow ebooks from public libraries that use Overdrive as their supplier for digital media.

Being able to check out ebooks from your local library and read them on your eReader sounds like a really good feature, but at the current time it is somewhat limited. Most libraries only have a few titles to choose from. The Los Angeles Public Library system for example only has a little more than 200 titles at this time; and that is a large library system. Libraries also have a finite number of "copies" of each title so most ebooks will have a waiting list to get on before you can check one out.

The Sony PRS 700, which the Sony Touch Edition replaces, was notorious for its bad glare which made reading outdoors or in bright light difficult. This is a common problem with touch screens, as is reduced contrast. The PRS 600 is not quite as bad as the PRS 700, but there is some glare. Contrast is also not as good as on most eReaders without touch screens. When reading outdoors I found the Touch Edition to be quite readable in either full sun or full shade. Where I had problems was in partial shade; it was hard to find an angle that did not show glare patterns on the screen. Indoors I found the worst glare when reading beside a table lamp, or when reading in bed with a side table lamp.

Glare issues aside, the touch screen does make navigation easier. Page turns are accomplished by either using a finger swipe on the touch screen or by using the buttons at the bottom of the eReader. The finger swipe takes some getting use to. The Sony Touch is rather difficult to use with one hand while reading in bed. Sony could have made this easier by placing page turn buttons on the sides of the eReader rather than on the bottom.

The touch screen also comes in handy for taking notes and highlighting. You can use the stylus to scribble in the margins if you like. You can also make annotations on PDF's, but not while they are zoomed. The default PDF view is usually too small to read as a whole page is fitted onto the screen, which on the PRS 600 is a little small for this purpose. You can use the zoom-in function on PDF's and then pan the image around using your finger on the touch screen.

You also have the ability to group your ebooks together in "collections" of titles based on author, category, etc. You can only do this from the Computer however, not from the eReader itself.

On the whole I have enjoyed using the Sony Touch Edition. There are, however, a couple of areas where I think it falls somewhat short when compared to the Kindle 2.

First of all is the not so small matter of content. If you remove the Google public domain ebooks from the Sony eBook Store you will be left with about 1/3 of the number of titles that the Kindle store has. Yes, you can purchase ebooks from other online eBook stores, but mostly they seem to have pretty much the same titles at similar prices. When I have compared eBook prices the Kindle store almost always is less expensive for a given title.

Then of course there is Kindle's wireless connection. Of course purchasing ebooks wirelessly is very convenient, but the wireless connection also makes the Kindle 2 much more versatile. If you want to research something you are reading you can access Wikipedia or search on the internet. The Kindle browser is a bit clunky, but if you need to access the net or check your email, it's there for you. For me this is a much more valuable feature than the touch screen. Sony has also announced the Daily Edition eReader, which should be out by the end of 2009 and should come with a wireless connection. However, Sony's wireless will only let you connect to the Sony eBook Store; no internet and no wireless connections to other eBook stores. At least that is the information that has been released about the Daily Edition so far.

In conclusion, I do like the Sony. I found the glare to sometimes be distracting, but not so bad as to be a deal breaker. You may feel differently though, so it might be a good idea to have a hands-on look if you have a Sony Style store near you. I think Kindle's wireless connectivity is a much more compelling feature to have than Sony's touch screen though. And unless you mainly want to read current bestsellers (which are mostly .99 everywhere) or Google's public domain offerings, you may find that you will have less reading material to choose from with Sony's eReaders than with a Kindle 2, and it will probably cost you more.

Why Choose Vinyl Replacement Windows?

Why Choose Vinyl Replacement Windows?

Vinyl replaceMent windows are by far the most popular of any type replaceMent window on the market today; with a few good reasons I might add. Though not a new manner or material for the construction of windows, vinyl ranks as the top material type for many reasons. Price above all else is, probably the biggest reason it hangs on at the top of the list, but not the only one to be sure. The material has some truly advanTAGeous properties that make it very attractive as material for the construction of replaceMent windows

Why Choose Vinyl Replacement Windows?

Using polyvinyl carbonate gave manufactures the ability to better insulate the core structure of the window, allowing it to have an overall better thermo efficiency rating then most other types of materials used. It was the only material used industry wide that was able to meet or exceed the set industry standards for energy efficiency requireMents when it was first introduced.  By meeting and exceeding the standards made it very popular with manufactures as well as consumers. Even the least expensive Vinyl windows will have an energy star rating, which signifies that the window will save consumers money on energy bills as well as be more environmentally friendly.

The energy star program was first developed in 1992 by the federal government as a means of testing and rating those products that are environmentally friendly and more energy efficient.  Products ranging from building materials to house hold appliances are scrutinized by the programs standards and given the energy star seal of approval if they pass.

The use of Vinyl as a material for windows is very cost effective as well. Using the innovative material cut the production cost of manufacturing windows dramatically which was a plus for everyone, especially home owners. Though usually thought of as a replacement window option early on, they have gained market share and respect in the industry proving that this "plastic" could be a fine material to use even for new construction

Vinyl windows are easy to install, so much so the average DIY person can handle the Job with a few tools and a short learning curve. Actually the percenTAGe of do-it-yourself installations for vinyl windows is probably in the 50 percent range if not more.

New or replacement windows made of vinyl come from a plethora of manufactures in many different sizes and configurations to meet most any need. Chances are that if you go to your local home improvement store, you will find a window that will fit the need you have without having to special order. But if not, special order is usually always an option with most major manufactures of. Production of special order vinyl windows is usually far quicker than for any other type of material used.

It once was that vinyl windows only came in one color, basic white, today that is not the case. For a bit more money, manufactures of can add pigments to the vinyl production process to match your color needs. This process when first implemented had some issues with color fade, but the process has been refined to where color fade is of little concern. Texture can also be added to the vinyl to simulate wood or other materials that you might want.

Using A Drill

Using A Drill

A drill or a drill motor is one of the most indispensable tools for carpentry and home improveMent. It is equipped with rotating cutting tool that is gripped by a specialized type of clamp at the end of the drill and rotated when pressed against a material. You can get yourself this device from Greenlee tools. There are lots of uses for this item. This is important in woodworking especially in making cabinets, tables and even rocking chAirs. It makes a hole into the wood, plastic and metal.

There are various types of hand-powered drills. The most commonly used today are the ones with pistol grips. The subtype of which is the one with a right-angle. It is the least common type and usually used by plumbers and electricians.

There's also thehammer drill that has a hammer-like action for drilling stonework. Nevertheless, there are the cordless drills that are used with rechargeable batteries. Most of it has a clutch system that allows you to drive screws.

The drill press or otherwise known as the bench drill is a fixed machine. It can be mounted on a stand or a workbench. It consists of a pillar, spindle and drill head. This serves for industrial purposes. It is utilized in sanding, polishing, mounting sand drums and rotating accessories in the chuck.

Be sure to get the right bit for the material and asses the size of the hole you wish to make. Insert the bit and if it has a chuck key, insert it in the tightening collar. Tighten the bit by turning it clockwise.

Proper Pruning of Trees and Shrubs

Proper Pruning of Trees and Shrubs

"How do I prune an ornaMental tree in my front yard?"

Proper Pruning of Trees and Shrubs

Proper Pruning of Trees and Shrubs

Proper Pruning of Trees and Shrubs

Proper Pruning of Trees and Shrubs

Proper Pruning of Trees and Shrubs

This is often an overlooked topic. Think about it, how often have you thought about how your pruning and trimming techniques affect the plant? This can either make a plant thrive, or decline, nevertheless, we feel it does deserve an explanation.

Pruning is a necessity in order to maintain a vigorously healthy tree or shrub. We prune for several reasons. Some of which may include removing undesired growth such as weak, or over crowded limbs, dead, diseased or even broken branches.

Pruning can also be a useful tool in stimulating flowering and fruiting of the plant. One thing to think about is why are you pruning the tree?

Proper pruning can restore a more natural growth habit. Then there areother reasons such, to prevent damage to ones home and property, and just overall to maintain and reduce the size of the plant. I see a lot of pruning that could be done around Terre Haute, Brazil, and surrounding areas, that would save people from costly repAirs, or just increase the total aesthetics of the property in the long run.

The first thing to know in pruning a tree is, there are 3 techniques in basic pruning. Pinching, being the first is done by hand, and usually on smaller plants to control the size, and to promote growth. Then there are the two types of cuts, thinning and heading back. Thinning completely removes branches back to the main trunk or in some cases the soil line. One should note that when thinning, be sure not to cut into the cambium of the trunk (the growtharea) always just to the outside of the collar when thinning. Heading back would be to shorten the branches back to a good bud, do not stub cut, always cut just outside of a node.

Really all depends on the situation, particular plant, and the need for the pruning. But whatever it may be always be sure to prune properly. Improper pruning can invite disease and infection to develop and spread. It is also a good practice to only remove one-third of the plant, or a maximum 25% of the total leaf area per season. Pruning can deprive a plant of life, vigor, or effectiveness and damage a tree if done improperly. It is very important to understand the plant to be pruned as well as the correct time of the year to prune.

Barnes & Noble Nook Vs. Amazon Kindle-Which is the Best eReader?

Barnes & Noble Nook Vs. Amazon Kindle-Which is the Best eReader?

Amazon Kindle eReader's has been the leader, at least in the US, of the eReader market since the introduction of Kindle 1 in 2007. Sony has held 2nd place with 30-35% of the market.

Barnes & Noble Nook Vs. Amazon Kindle-Which is the Best eReader?

Barnes & Noble Nook Vs. Amazon Kindle-Which is the Best eReader?

Barnes & Noble Nook Vs. Amazon Kindle-Which is the Best eReader?

Barnes & Noble Nook Vs. Amazon Kindle-Which is the Best eReader?

Barnes & Noble Nook Vs. Amazon Kindle-Which is the Best eReader?

But now there is a new kid on the block. In October ' 09 Barnes & Noble nook eReader that announced its sold out on pre-order within a few weeks.

The nook is revolutionary primarily in its looks. It will be hard for your average gadget boy/girl to see one and not develop a serious craving. But does this mean that the nook is the best thing since the printing press for bookish's weblog boys and girls?

Let's look at and compare some of the features of the nook and the Kindle eReaders.

For the most part, reading on the nook's e-ink screen is very similar to reading on the KindleeReader's e-ink screen. Both eRreaders use the same or a very similar reading screen.

What is dramatically different, and what in fact attracts many people to the nook eReader is the small Lcd touchscreen under the e-ink screen. On the Kindle, navigation is accomplished by using the chicklet keyboard and the 5-way controller. The controls for The nook are mostly accessed through using the Lcd touchscreen.

The nook's touchscreen is also used for browsing books in your library or for selecting books to purchase from Barnes & Noble over the wireless connection. A virtual keyboard is available on the Lcd screen for typing.

The nook's color LCD screen looks really nice and would seem to be a very desirable feature, but there are problems with the software impleMentation, which we will get to in a bit.

Connectivity:

The Kindle eReader has a 3 g wireless connection through AT & T for the Kindle Global, and Sprint for the Kindle 2. Amazon wireless service calls its "Whispernet". Using Whispernet, you can usually purchase and download a book within a minute or less. You also can use the somewhat clunky but functional Web browser to access the internet, check email, research your reading on Wikipedia, even access online ebook store than another Amazon to purchase and download books, etc. With Kindle Global you also have access to the Kindle store in many other countries besides the u.s., though you have to pay a surcharge for downloading a book on the Whispernet outside of the US.

The nook eReader has both a WiFi connection and a 3 gAT & T wireless connection. The difference is that the nook's connection can only be used for purchasing and downloading books from Barnes & Noble. No internet, no, you cannot use it to connect to another online ebook store and purchase books.

The nook's WiFi connection will be useful if you carry your nook eReader into a B & N store as it will download coupons and special offers to your eReader. You can also use the WiFi to browse ebooks while in a B & N store, but you can only read each book for a maximum of one hour in a 24-hour period. These in-store features are not yet fully impleMented so we don't yet know how useful they will prove to be.

Sharing

One of the nook eReader's features that received a lot of press coverage is theability to lend ebooks to your friends. Unfortunately, this feature is not as great as first thought. For one thing, publishers must opt in to let their books be loaned. Some have said they will not allow this. Also there are restrictions: you can only loan to particular book once ever, and only for 14 days. While a book is loaned out you cannot access it on your own nook.

The Kindle does not at this time allow this type of lending. However, you can share ebooks with up to 6 (it can vary by title) Kindles that are registered to the same account. This works well for multi-Kindle families. It is even possible to set up a reading club with your Kindle owning friends if you feel comfortable sharing a single credit card to register your Kindle eReaders to.

OtherFeatures

One nice feature that the nook eReader has a user replaceable battery is. The Kindle's battery is hardwired in and therefore will need to be sent back to Amazon for replaceMent ($ 60). Amazon says that even after 500 charges (ten years or so) these batteries will still hold 80% charge, so this may not be an issue for most people.

The nook also accepts an SD card for additional storage. The Kindle only has its internal storage, but that is enough to hold around 1.500 books, so this may also not be an issue for you.

A nook feature that has not received any Barnes & Noble official acknowledgMent is the ability to borrow ebooks from your local library if they use Overdrive's digital distribution service. To do this you need to install Adobe DigitalEditions on your Computer and use that to sideload the ebook onto your nook. You can borrow an ebook from the library for 14 days, after which it will be automatically deleted. You cannot renew library ebook locally. To find out how useful this feature will be in your case you should check your local library website. Most libraries do not have a large catalogue of ebooks yet. Kindle does not support borrowing library ebooks at this time

The eBook Stores

No matter how attractive the hardware, an eReader's primary purpose is to read books. Since today's eReaders tend to be tied to proprietary DRM formats for current titles, you want to make sure that the hardware that you choose is backed up by the best ebook store (s).

The nook's primary ebook supplierfor drm'ed ebooks will of course be Barnes & Noble. You can also purchase drm'ed ebooks from other online sellers that support Adobe Digital Editions. The nook is also compatible with non-drm'ed EPUB and PDF format.

With Kindle you will purchase most if not all of your drm'ed titles from Amazon's Kindle store. Kindle also uses a few other formats for non-drm'ed ebooks such as MOBI and PDF. Public domain ebooks are also available for the Kindle eReaders. I suspect that at some point Amazon will also have to allow EPUB compatibility for the Kindle, as there is increasing pressure for this.

Many people disparage the Kindle's being locked into Amazon's ebook store for drm'ed ebooks. While this may be true to a large extent, the fact is that the Kindle store has more titlesavailable than B & N and all of the online stores selling ADE format ebooks put together. In most cases Amazon's prices are less as well, although Barnes & Noble has been trying to match their prices.

If you primarily read books on the current best sellers lists you will likely be able to find these available in most formats at similar prices. The more off-the-beaten path your reading is however, the more likely you are to find what you are looking for at the Kindle store.

So Which is Best eReader-Kindle or nook?

If the nook eReader had not been rushed to market to make the holiday 2009 season, Barnes & Noble and if had waited until they had the software ready and the bugs worked out, then I would say that the nook would have been a very close secondchoice and maybe even equal to the Kindle.

In fact, the nook at present is crippled by its faulty release version software and unless B & N gets it fixed in a timely fashion the nook will be now leapfrogged by the next Kindle release. Barnes & Noble has said that they are working around the clock to update the software and fix the current nook problems; and to their credit they have released a couple of updates as of this writing. However there are still lots of bugs and the nook is slower than the Kindle, which will be distracting when you are trying to immerse yourself in that next great book. In its present state the LCD screen does not play well with the e-ink screen and can be very frustrating to use.

Also, I prefer the Kindle store. My reading tastes may be differentthan yours however, so I would suggest you make a list of books you want to read and make a price and availability comparison between the Kindle store and B & N's offerings. Higher ebook prices can add up pretty quickly.

The Kindle's ability to connect to the internet and Wikipedia, etc. is also not to be underestimated.

I think that the nook eReader has the potential to be a great eReader and possibly equal the Kindle, but it is something of a gamble buying one now and waiting to see if Barnes & Noble can get all of the glitches fixed in time and also match the Kindle store's offerings.

Epoxy Adhesive-More than Glue

Epoxy Adhesive-More than Glue

Epoxy Adhesive How Is Different From Other Types Of Glue?

Epoxy Adhesive-More than Glue

Epoxy Adhesive-More than Glue

Epoxy Adhesive-More than Glue

Epoxy Adhesive-More than Glue

Epoxy Adhesive-More than Glue

In order to make epoxy work, you must combing resin and a hardening agent to make the bond as strong as necessary. Until recently most adhesives were not very good at bonding two different materials such as metal and wood or in non-bonding materials like glass porous. But, with the synthetic matter contained in epoxies, you can do both of these types of Jobs with ease. Most of the time, when you are making an epoxy adhesive, you do not mix the two parts together until you are ready to use them. Many are also thermo-activated, which means they also need heat in order to form the bonds.

How Long Have Epoxies Been Around?

In 1936, both s. o. Greenlee in the United States and Dr.Pierre Castan of Switzerland demonstrated the first epoxy adhesive. Since then, there have been many advanceMents in the field of adhesives and you can find many types both for home use and industrial use. Some that you might be familiar with Krazy Glue, are Super Glue, and Gorilla Glue.

Uses For Epoxy Adhesive

Uses for this type of adhesive includes: fixing things like broken glasses, or bonding fiber optic cables. Epoxies are not bulky, are lightweight conform easily to the surface of the materials they are bonding. Therefore, they are perfect for many uses in the home and also in the workplace, because they are made to last.

What Cautions And Dangers Should You Be Aware Of When You Use An Epoxy Adhesive?

Exercise great caution that you areusing the right kind of adhesive for the Job. The wrong kind of adhesive can actually cause permanent damage to whatever you are trying to repAir. Also, you should make sure that you have the area where you are using the epoxy adhesive clean and free from debris so that it does not get into adhesive. Take care to not get any adhesive on your skin because it may bond instantly and it is difficult to remove without great effort. With an epoxy adhesive like Crazy Glue it bonds instantly when it hits the Air. If you do get it on your skin, you can try polish to remove it if it doesn't.

When you are using a two part epoxy adhesive you should mix it on a surface that you will not be using again if possible. The packaging for the epoxy adhesive often can serve this purpose. Mix the twoparts quickly and apply them as soon as possible. Follow all of the instructions very carefully to ensure the best results.

If you are using some types of epoxies they can produce enough heat to cause whatever you are trying to bond to crack or bend. This is why it is essential that you are very careful when you are choosing which epoxy adhesive to use. Even the simplest epoxy such as those you would use at home can cause damage and may ruin the surface bonding for future attempts.

Modern Entrepreneurs

Modern Entrepreneurs

I have friends in all different types of businesses: Builders, Real Estate Agents, Personal Trainers, Manufacturers, Distributors, etc.

Modern Entrepreneurs

Modern Entrepreneurs

Modern Entrepreneurs

Modern Entrepreneurs

Modern Entrepreneurs

Each of them is successful in their own right. What I want to talk about are Modern Entrepreneurs and some of their characteristics.

or Branding: I know what you're going to say, "Branding is nothing new-it's been around since the beginning of bartering."

I know, however the Modern Entrepreneurs are not branding their product, company or service, they are Branding themselves!

This is something unheard of in the past. Imagine Phil Knight branding himself instead of the NIKE or Ray Crock branding himself instead of McDonalds. Who knows how it would have worked.

or Online Presence: In this day and age if you and/or yourcompany are not online you're not in business!

I had a rental property that needed yard work done and my normal guy is no longer in the business, so I had to find someone new. Where do you think I looked? I don't even know if I have a phone book!

You guessed it, Google and within 10 minutes I had a scheduled estimate for the next day. Don't fight what is, just adapt and learn.

or Marketing: Again, something that isn't new but the rules have changed. No longer is it necessary to
spend thousands of Dollars with an Ad Agency to get the word out.

The Modern Entrepreneurs are using tools like Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, YouTube, Google, etc. to get their marketing out. The Greatest part about these tools is that you don't waste any of yourMarketing.

If you know what you're doing, the people who respond to your Marketing have already decided they like what you're about! The transaction is just a formality

or Overhead: Most traditional businesses require a substantial amount of overhead. Inventory, Insurance, Payroll, etc.

In this day and age being profitable is easier than ever. You've got options like affiliates, MLM, Direct Sales. All of these business models are EXTREMELY profitable but you better understand the first three bullet points!

I hope you understand that as time changes so do the opportunities. The basic principles still remain the same but these are different times with different business models.

Enough Already - How to Generate Home Based Business Leads Who Give a Damn

I didn't think like that sounded like too big of a deal. After all he (my sponsor) was generating up to 5.000 leads a month. "If he's doin ' 5.000 I know I can get at least 1.000."

Those were my initial thoughts.

I came out of the gate SWINGING! Articles, videos, press releases, Twitter, Facebook, Squidoo, etc, etc.

Anything that could get me traffic was something I was going to use. After all, if I was going to build a HUGE Direct Sales team I had better learn how to generate home based business leads.

After 2 weeks I didn't understand why I didn't have 100 leads.

A month went by and I really thought I was missing something ... was I doing something wrong?

It probably took me another 2 months to reallybegin to put the pieces of the enTire puzzle together.

You're Doing It All Wrong!

We are a part of the most amazing transformation of how Home based Business is done.

We were Tired of the Home meetings and Hotel gatherings. We quickly jumped online and began to build our brands and escape the world of the 97% who failed.

Gone were the days of the 3 foot rule. No more nagging friends and family. And finally, I could go visit my mechanic without him fearing I was going to sell him something!

But then it happened...

On my journey to master how to generate home based business leads, I began to notice a pattern.

People were nagging me about Business Opportunities.

My inbox had turned into pitch fest Mania!

These people may be from a different state, but they are definitely in my 3 foot circle!

The very same reasons we had all flocked online ... had followed us online!

This One Breakthrough Changed The Game For Me. ..

It doesn't matter what you do, it matters most how you do it.

So how are you going to do it?

We know there are MILLIONS of people involved with Social Media. But only a small percent does well

We know there are MILLIONS of people using Video Marketing. But only a small percent does well.

The same can be said for every other strategy when learning how to generate home based business leads.

If so many people are attempting but only a small percent succeed, what do you do?

The Internet was going to solve the huge failure rate inthe Home Business industry...right?

Wrong! Anytime you try to move away from your problems something funny ALWAYS happens...you take YOU with you.

The tools are different but the game is the same.

So, to get you started generating more home based business leads...

Here Are A Couple Things You Can Do NOW!

· Get Prepared: I can't explain how important this is. It's said that if you want it to rain, you must first dig your ditches. Start thinking of your preparation as digging ditches. How much rain do you really want?

When I say get prepared, I'm not talking about getting ready to get ready. I mean prepare for the FLOOD of business that is coming your way!

What do you expect from the Super Star in your company?

If you don't offer the same, you won't be in the game..So GET PREPARED!

Being prepared ALWAYS leaves you with content. Content you can provide to your market because you've actually DONE it.

Take for instance you are building a Top Tier Direct Sales Team.

Wouldn't it be helpful for you to develop some sort of team training? Of course it is!

So do it...and DO IT NOW!!! Don't get caught up in the "If I build a big team, then I'll develop training."

This is the "If...Then" Mentality and it SUCKS

Just think, in a couple of weeks you can turn that team training into content.

Maybe you did a great training about Article Marketing, or Social Media Marketing. You could turn that into a video and give it away as your Opt-in...you could do anything!

Now you are offering PRIVATE TEAM TRAINING to the market ...Now that's valuable!

Just remember, if you build it, they will come

· Give 'em The Farm: I'm serious ... give 'em the best you've got.

And no, the best you've got is not a watered down version of last night's webinars.

If you really like the topic from last night's Webinars you need to go out and put it to work. Then, come back and give honest feedback.

Show some results (good or bad).

Now the market KNOWS you're in the game

I know, it sounds so boring. But, by doing this you have just done more than the other 97%.

When in doubt, just ask yourself if you would click. Seriously, through the thousands of Tweets ... the thousands of Facebook Posts and everything else you are drowned by. Who andwhat do you decide to read and listen to?

I guess the better question would be WHY do you read or listen to their stuff?

The answer is because you know you are always going to learn something from someone who is getting results!

So Here's The Big Bang Theory

When you can combine what was listed above (Get Prepared & Give 'em The Farm) you will accidentally become a success.

No, this isn't Luck.

Your constant preparation for more business has left you in a state of always DOING.

Since you are always DOING you are constantly getting a result (good or bad)

The more you do the better your result ... and on and on and on until you actually know what you're DOING.

Now, you combine this with constantly Giving 'em The Farm and you suddenlybecome the cool Dude or Chic who always has cool stuff anyone can use to get results.

So there you have it, the Truth about How To Generate Home Based Business Leads. It's far less of WHAT you do. More importantly is HOW you do it.
